Agia Galini, the “jewel of the Libyan Sea” as it is characterized, offers what its name promises, peace. Rich historicity, mythical narratives and incomparable natural beauty, in this particular village, the mountain is uniquely combined with the water element. The amphitheatrically built village next to its estuary, is located between three mountains, Kedros, Psiloritis and Mount Asiderotos. Through beautiful, narrow alleys, with traditional houses and more modern facilities, taverns and tourist shops, it ends at the port and to the east stretches the “Blue Flag”, the main beach of Agia Galini.

2.5 km from the beaches of Agios Pavlos

The beautiful organized beach of Agios Pavlos, is located just a breath away from Sachtouria and remains unchanged to this day by the signs of time. Deep blue waters, sand with small pebbles, impressive rock formations and folds, views of the endless Libyan Sea and the islands of Paximadia, offer the ultimate experience of unspoiled nature, away from the noisy reality.

At the western end, there are the Dunes or Atsalogremni, as they are called by the locals, with rare geological caves and imposing dunes that start from the bottom and spring to the surface. Among these dreamy areas, in the area of ​​Apollistra, dominate the extremely impressive colorful folds, geological slabs of limestone, which together with the Dunes, have been proposed to be included in the list of world natural monuments.
